Hi, I’m Julia Zuniga, LMFT.

I help women who look like they have it all together—but quietly feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck beneath the surface.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 13 years of experience, I work with high-achieving women navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, relationship challenges, motherhood, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are the people everyone else relies on—the caretakers, professionals, partners, and mothers who spend so much energy supporting others that they've lost touch with themselves.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in practical change. I believe insight is important, but understanding why you struggle is only part of the healing process. Together, we'll explore the patterns keeping you stuck, develop tools to help you cope more effectively, and create space for deeper emotional healing.

I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Brainspotting-informed therapy. This allows us to work not only with thoughts and behaviors, but also with the emotional experiences and nervous system patterns that may continue to impact your daily life.

Whether you're navigating a difficult relationship, recovering from burnout, adjusting to motherhood, questioning what's next, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the pressure to keep it all together, you don't have to carry it alone.

Through secure online therapy, I support women throughout California in building greater self-compassion, confidence, and emotional well-being. Therapy isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been buried beneath stress, expectations, and self-doubt.
